I have almost two decades experience repairing various brands of printers, both in and out of warranty. I am currently an authorised service agent for Epson.

Customers so far have enjoyed competitively priced service and consumables as well as complementary advice on matters concerning the operation of their printers, with the aim to helping them get the most out of their machine.

My repairs optionally include a reminder fax or email to automate a scheduled service routine. Printers can also be optionally provided with a unique ID to save you time in identifying which machines need a service in future.

If you are responsible for a fleet of printers, I can prepare an audit report. This includes:

1. Assessing your needs and providing recommendations
2. A brand/model/serial number/location/page count report
3. Notice on any OH&S issues.

I charge for this service by time taken, rather than per machine to keep your costs down.
