TERMS Service calls are automatically charged the first hour regardless of whether you elect to proceed with a repair. If you request callout expect an invoice for this amount regardless if the repair proves to be viable or not. This charge may be deducted in circumstances where the Printer Guy sells a replacement machine should a repair not be cost effective. Further costs for parts and/or labour (if required) will be first advised. Set-up and configuration of new machines onsite is is at standard rates. $99     Workshop Repairs This includes The first hours labour. This does NOT include Parts and consumables supplied. The second and any subsequent hours labour if required ($38.50 per half Hour) Pickup and return to your premises (add $22, conditions apply) TERMS If it is repairable within the first hour the repair will proceed. However should parts and/or further labour be required to complete the repair this will first be quoted. Where the quote is not proceeded with for whatever reason $44 is charged to cover this time. Payment is strictly on pickup of equipment. Unless you prearrange, uncollected workshop repairs will be disposed of after 30 days. Please note that if you approve a repair, in other words you say "go ahead" you will then be charged, regardless if you change your mind after parts have been ordered. Please be thoughtful and do approve repairs you do not intend to collect. $77
