Yes I do warranty repairs for Brother, Epson and Oki. If you have a Return to Base warranty repair you do not have to call first, just get it here within the above office hours.
Bring with your proof of purchase. If this is a digital copy you can email it. If misplaced ask your point of sale to reissue. Contact me first if missing.
Do not bring power or signal cables or packaging unless these may be part of the warranty issue.
Do not remove inks or toners, review user instructions for transport of your product
Typical repair has a five day turn around when parts are required. COVID has sometimes exrended this unfortunately.
