Office Hours

9am to 2:30pm, 3:15 to 5pm - Mondays to Thursdays.

9am to 2:30pm - Fridays

This is a small office that you can count on it being open between 9 and 2:30 for deliveries or pick ups. If you need to come after time just check we are not briefly closed to run erins.

All public holidays are observed.

If you phone and do not get an answer, it is because I am involved with a repair or out on service calls. Do leave a detailed message for me to respond to. Include brand, model and error codes. Sometimes I can reply with DIY instructions to save us all time to fix. Unfortunately having someone just to answer phones is no longer compatible with affordable repairs

Delivery

Note the address here is REAR Building. Please drive down into rear car park via driveway to save a long distance carry. There you will see instruction on what to do. If too big to lift there is a doorbell to ask for assistance. Yes you can easily u-turn to exit back out.

Properly boxed machines may be sent via courier (at your expense)for repair. Please include name, address and phone number of the end user plus proof of purchase. Add the return address if other.

Warranty Repairs

Yes I do warranty repairs for Brother, Epson and Oki. If you have a Return to Base warranty repair you do not have to call first, just get it here within the above office hours.

Bring with your proof of purchase. If this is a digital copy you can email it. If misplaced ask your point of sale to reissue. Contact me first if missing.

Do not bring power or signal cables or packaging unless these may be part of the warranty issue.

Do not remove inks or toners, review user instructions for transport of your product

Typical repair has a five day turn around when parts are required. COVID has sometimes exrended this unfortunately.

Repairs are often very technical so don't expect a drive through service. Your patience is very much appreciated. With your coordination we can work to minimise your down time. Email to enquire how.

After hours service and emergencies are by appointment only – please contact by email only.

If you are unable to deliver or collect a repair from the office during business hours please contact me by email to arrange an alternative. 

If you have an after hours emergency please contact by email only (do not phone). I will respond as availability permits.
