If you are reading this as a user of printers on the Central Coast and value your own regional support, then this page is the thankyou to those brands that have chosen to employ local agents. Some brands have chosen to withdraw to the capitals, downsize and rely purely on remote help desks and mailout replacements. If you do not agree with this trend then consider purchasing a brand from the list below that is supporting a local agent.

As a chosen Epson Authorised Service Agent it's my pleasure to be part of a system that provides professional backing during, and more importantly after warranty. If your looking for InkJet technology with local support then consider Epson.

On the table below I've listed brands that have Central Coast agents you can theoretically contact directly for a warranty repair. This includes both onsite or "return-to base". In many cases you can go direct to the authorised repairer rather than return it to the store and save time.

Where I've listed "unknown" is where had to conclude that the brand has no known local authorised agent that can provide both warranty and after warranty service. Within this group some brands may also provide warranty via a national repairer (who is the agent) using their own distributed network of subcontractors and or branches. These may or may not provide for after warranty service, thus remain as "unknown" until I get verification. I welcome any corrections on the list below.
